Questions people ask
How is the score worked out?
Out of 100: floors in our records that can take your size (35), how close the area's market rents come to your budget (35), the share of those buildings built in 2015 or later (15) and metro access (15). Your budget sets the class of building: a higher budget ranks premium areas first, a lower one the value areas. An area with no floor of your size scores 35 at most.
Where do the rents come from?
From the officesonrent research team's market view for Delhi NCR (October 2026): approximate asking rents per sq ft a month for good Grade A and Grade B space. Actual rent depends on the building, floor and lease terms, so we confirm current rents for your shortlist.
How much space does my team need?
The finder uses about 120 sq ft of leasable area a seat, which covers workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry and circulation in a typical office. Your own mix can move this up or down; a test-fit gives the exact figure.
Why are buildings shown by reference number?
The finder shows each building by a reference number, its type and its age. When you ask for a shortlist, we confirm which floors are free and share building names, floor plans and current rents with you, and arrange the visits.
Do you show which companies sit in each building?
No. We show buildings with space to lease and their basic details, never their tenants or lease terms.
Floors come from the Officea Lease Database, checked 24 Oct 2026; we match your size to buildings without publishing their names or areas. Rents are the officesonrent research team's market view for October 2026, and metro details come from our area research. Scores are a guide for shortlisting, not advice on a particular building.
