officesonrent helps teams in India find coworking, managed offices and office space to lease. We list 365 coworking and managed office centres in 7 cities and 1,110 office buildings with space to lease in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, and we send a complimentary shortlist to any team that asks.
Where our data comes from
- Coworking and managed office centres: each operator's own website. Every centre page shows the date we last checked it.
- Prices: shown only where the operator publishes a starting price, with the date we checked it. Today that is 27 of 365 centres. For the rest we confirm the current price with the operator before we quote.
- Office buildings for lease: our own building and lease database. We show building facts such as size, floors, floor plate and parking, and area totals rounded to the nearest 1,000 sq ft.
- Photos: shown only with the operator's or owner's permission.
How we keep it right
- Every centre page and guide carries the date it was last checked.
- Our guides use only our own data, the operator's own published details, or general facts marked as "usually".
- Operators can correct their listings, add prices and add photos through List your centre.
