Coworking space in Gurgaon by area: which part of the city fits your team?

Cyber City

This is Gurgaon's oldest and busiest office district. Eleven of the centres we track sit right on the Rapid Metro, with a direct link to the Yellow Line at Sikandarpur. Big names like WeWork, Innov8, 91springboard, Table Space and The Executive Centre all run centres here. Expect the highest prices in the city, and confirm parking before you sign, because it is tight.

Golf Course Road

This is the largest cluster, with 22 centres. Grade A towers, a good food scene and easy access from DLF Phase 5 make it a favourite for leadership teams. The Rapid Metro stops at Sector 42-43 and 53-54 put several centres within a short walk.

Udyog Vihar

This is an industrial area turned office hub. Floors are bigger and rents are lower, so managed offices for 50 to 300 seats often make the most sense here. There is no metro at the door, so check whether the operator runs a shuttle to Cyber City or IFFCO Chowk.

MG Road and Sikandarpur

This stretch is on the Yellow Line, so it suits staff who commute from Delhi. Published alt.f prices here start at about ₹7,000 per seat a month.

Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road

These are the newest office corridors. Published starting prices from The Office Pass and alt.f run from about ₹7,500 to ₹8,500 per seat on Sohna Road, and from ₹7,000 on Golf Course Extension Road. There is no metro yet, so plan for cabs or office transport.

How to choose

  1. Map where your people live. A centre 20 minutes closer to most of your team is worth more than a nicer lobby.
  2. Count client visits. If clients visit weekly, Cyber City or Golf Course Road pays for itself.
  3. Price the full seat, not the headline. Add GST, parking and meeting-room use (see our true cost per seat guide).
  4. Ask about growth room. Can you add 10 seats in 6 months on the same floor?
